Our IT Support service is completely different from our Managed IT Services. We do not actively monitor your systems or provide a managed Anti-Virus solution but, what we do is, support when you need us. Our IT support is charged at an hourly rate. Regardless if it is remote support or you require one of our engineers on-site, there is no addition in the hourly cost.
In the long term, depending on how much you require IT Support we also offer you the opportunity to purchase “blocked time”, so each month you pay for a certain amount of IT Support at a discounted rate.
