Do I really need to pay for Anti-Virus Software?

You don’t need to pay for antivirus software anymore. Microsoft’s Windows Defender, a free service that’s built right into Windows 10, is now as good as the paid antivirus/antimalware solutions. What is cloud backup?

Cloud backup also known as Online Backup is the process where your onsite backups are transferred to an offsite server at certain points throughout the day. The server is stored in Microsoft Azure cloud. Cloud Backup replaces the need for someone to take a backup home each night. It is more secure, reliable and easier to manage and monitor.

What kind of response times can I expect?

We work with each client to establish specific expectations. Each one of our packages come with a emergency SLA and a non emergency SLA. These can be altered to the clients specification if required.

How Long is a Managed Service Contract For?

Managed IT Service Contracts vary by provider. Some providers offer month-to-month programs, while others require a multi-year contract. Some have high “onboarding” costs and charge less per month. Our pricing structure is straight forward. You pay a small onboarding fee (cost varies of client size and amount of locations) and a set amount per endpoint on support. Our minimum term is 12 months and then turns into a 60 day rolling contract on the 13th month. The reason for this is so we can provide you with the best technology in the industry.

What should I do before I call for help?

When possible, write down any information about error messages and take screen shots of your issue. Most issues can be resolved by restarting your machine (not shutdown and switch on), if the issue persists after the 1st time then raise a ticket with our helpdesk team.

What does having Managed IT Services cost?

Our service model uses a fixed monthly fee, which is based on the size and complexity of your particular network.
